Hyatt Construction completed the La Cima Recreation Center, a resort-style amenity facility designed to serve residents through a combination of recreational, fitness, and community gathering spaces. Scope of Work
The project included construction of a multi-building amenity center featuring three swimming pools, including an infinity-edge pool, along with associated pool decks and site improvements.
Interior spaces include office areas, meeting rooms, reception spaces, restroom facilities, and a full fitness gym. Additional improvements include a bathroom and lifeguard support building, commercial kitchen, and gathering areas designed for community events and resident activities.
Site work included utilities, mechanical systems, paving, and supporting infrastructure necessary for long-term operation.
